Best Western Natchitoches Inn

During my christmas party stay, everything exceeded my expectations compared to previous visits in natchitoches. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

the air conditioning didn't cool enough.

The staff in the breakfast area and the clerk at check out were extremely courteous and polite.

The front desk clerk at check in could have been a bit enthused to be checking me in . Also the sink in the restroom was dirty . I thought the sink was scratched up until I was able to clean it with a towel .

I stayed in the room that was very clean & nicely kept and available with micro fridge microwave, micro fridge and a larger sink. The daily service was excellent

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, friendly staff, and a comfortable outdoor swimming pool. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me print my boarding pass. Highly recommend it!

there were a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, appreciated that. the staff i met were especially helpful and extremely helpful.

Just a smart choice for shopping in Natchitoches with fantastic value for money. The room was clean and well laid out, made my stay quite comfortable. Make sure to grab some yogurt from the breakfast area for a quick bite.

I had multiple issues . The air conditioning didn't cool the room adequately, made for a very uncomfortable night. I noticed that the room showed signs of wear and tear that I didn't expect.

A few issues cropped up . The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately, often lingering around 74 degrees, which might not be ideal if you prefer a colder environment. I also found old cigarette butts hidden under the bathroom sink-a bit off-putting for someone who requested a non-smoking room. The clicking noise from the cord behind the TV was another annoyance, made it hard to sleep.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating in helping me set up my presentation equipment. The meeting space was adequately equipped for my needs, and the location was convenient, with access to local restaurants and amenities.

The bed was super cozy, really helped me unwind after a long day. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room nice and cool. Plus, everything was clean, always a plus. Only downside was that the room felt a bit dated, and the decor could use some freshening up.

We enjoyed fishing at Sibley Lake and did some water sports, less than 10 miles away. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed .

The stay had its highlights, especially the warm welcome from staff. The room felt cozy, though sadly, the bed lacked support. Watch for extra charges-be vigilant about your card! A charm in the ambiance, but I hope for better on my next visit.

There was a frustratingly slow internet connection that hindered my stay, and the front desk could only note it for management to address. The appetizers available during check-in were tasty, but breakfast options like the sausage gravy were too thin and watery.
